Abstract
The article shows the prospects of application of the method of immunomicrochip technology of Randox in Russia and its high sensitivity. Sensitivity in the determination of β-agonists ranges from 0,2 to 0,2 μg/kg depending on the analyte being determined (ractopamine, clenbuterol, etc.). At the same time, in each meat sample, the residual amounts of not only β-blockers, but also other growth stimulants are determined simultaneously.
