الاحتياجات المهنية لمعلمي ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في محافظة العاصمة عمان وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى تحديد الاحتياجات المهنية لمعلمي ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في محافظة العاصمة عمان وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات, وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (73) معلما ومعلمة لذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد, کما قام الباحث باعتماد وتطوير مقياس الاحتياجات التدريبية والمعد من قبل حمدان (2018), وخلصت الدراسة الى أن الدرجة الکلية للاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد جاءت مرتفعة بکافة أبعادها الاحتياجات التدريبية النظرية أم العملية, کما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في الاحتياجات المهنية لمعلمي ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في محافظة العاصمة عمان تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمستوى التعليمي للمعلمين. الکلمات المفتاحية: الاحتياجات التدريبية، ذوي اضراب طيف التوحد. Abstract The study aimed to identify the professional needs of teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder in the capital city of Amman and its relationship to some variables. Descriptive analytical approach was used. The study sample consisted of (73) teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder. The researcher used a scale which developed by Hamdan (2018. The study concluded that the overall score of professional needs for teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder came high in all dimensions theoretically and practically. Also the results showed that there were no significant differences in the professional needs of teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder attributed to the gender and educational level variables.
