Abstract

The potential likelihood of unification of the criminal legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation involves bringing to a common understanding, including such issues as the subject of bribery. Within the framework of this article, a comparative analysis of this element of the corpus delicti is made based on the current state of the legislation of these countries. Based on the results of the analysis, a conclusion is formulated about a possible generalized formulation and formation of common features of such a subject.
