Abstract

Current research shows that workplace and workplace environmental factors can have an impact on human health and well-being, as well as successful professional self-determination of the individual, defining the rela-tionship between the spatial environment of psychological activity and professional self-determination, satis-faction with the quality of conditions and the organization of work that contribute to achieving success in life, in general. However, empirical studies based on the relationship between the physical factors of the working envi-ronment, the health and well-being of employees are few. This article presents an overview of modern scien-tific research on the impact of the spatial environment of professional activity on the physical, psychological and social well-being of employees working in office premises, studies and describes some methods of organ-izing research, processing and analyzing data.
