Abstract

أثر المركز القومي لتدريب التعاونيين في تدريب و تأهيل الكوادر التعاونية الزراعية في السودان
 This study was made to know the effect of the National Training Centre for cooperators in qualifying agriculture cooperative caders in Sudan.
 The study aimed to know actual objective of the training centre for cooperatoral in the National Training Centre, for cooperators in the field of qualifying agricultural cooperative cardres and provide recommendations for promoting and qualifying that caders The problem statement was the agricultural cooperative caders did not find more chances for training, and this reply negativdy results in the economic statement.
 The research methodology was the descriptive historical and analytical methods.
 The result of the study found out that, the training programmes for the agricultural cooperative caders are not destined according to the training needs of the agriculture cooperative, there is no coordination with the other related specialized agencies and it was provided that the training centre put less attention in training and qualifying agriculture cooperative caders and put more attention to the other cooperative caders specially the consumer cooperative,beside in his training programme, to the agriculture cooperative during that period, the training programmers were limited fields with out the other, specially animal breading and fishering.
 The study recommended that the training programs should be according to the needs, and the training course should include all the specialization of agraicltural cooperation
