Abstract

The problem of using expert assessments in the system for monitoring the quality of professional development of specialists in the field of professional education is highlighted. It has been established that high demands on the quality of education in general, and the advanced training the system, in particular, require the involvement of specialists who have special knowledge and qualifications in relevant fields and can objectively assess the quality indicators of advanced training. Expert and analytical work, on the one the hand will contribute to increasing the efficiency of structural units of vocational education institutions, and on the other, reducing the risk of making ineffective management decisions. The scientific research of scientists on the relationship between the concepts of monitoring, control and expertise is considered. The analysis of general and additional (increased) requirements for the qualifications of potential experts are carried out, the indicators of expert competency are calculated, and the quantitative and qualitative composition of the expert the group is determined.
