Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the issue of ways to optimize the functioning of the social legal mechanism of ensuring individual rights in modern conditions. The authors, based on an analysis of legislation and domestic theoretical and legal literature, draw conclusions about their content. Having characterized the structure of the socio-legal mechanism for ensuring individual rights, the authors draw attention to the groups of its main subjects. The article pays attention to typical areas for reassessing the competence of state bodies in the field of ensuring individual rights. In accordance with the goals and objectives of the socio-legal mechanism for ensuring individual rights, based on the analysis carried out, a conclusion has been formulated about the need to optimize the legal status and competence of its main subjects and build channels of communication and interaction between them.
