Abstract
The study aims to identify the degree of availability of intellectual capital management dimensions in the education offices of Makkah, as well as identify the requirements and constraints of managing intellectual capital in the education offices of Makkah. And disclosure for statistically significant variances among the average responses of educational supervisors about the availability of the dimensions of intellectual capital management in the education offices of Makkah, among the average responses of the educational supervisors about the requirements and constraints of intellectual capital management in the education offices of Makkah, different study variables are due. In order to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used a survey descriptive approach, the researcher designed a resolution, its sincerity and firmness were ascertained, the sample study was chosen in a stratified random sample method, and the study sample included educational supervisors at the education offices in Makkah (149) as educational supervisors, with its ratio (65%) of the study community. The study found results that were most important: the degree of availability of the dimensions of intellectual capital Management in the education offices of Makkah is (high), the degree of availability of the dimensions of the intellectual capital Management requirements of the education offices in Makkah came at a (high) level, the degree of impediments to the management of intellectual capital at the education offices in Makkah is (Intermediate) from the viewpoint of the educational supervisors. The study showed no statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05) among the averages of educational supervisors ' responses on the availability of the dimensions of intellectual capital Management, and the requirements of managing the intellectual capital of the education offices in Makkah are due to the different study variables the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of the educational supervisors ' responses about the impediments of intellectual capital management in the education offices in Makkah due to scientific qualification, years of experience in educational supervision, access to the quarterly educational supervision course. While the study showed significant statistical differences at a significant level (0.05) among the averages of the educational supervisors ' responses to the impediments to the management of intellectual capital in the education offices of Mecca are due to specialization, and these differences were for the benefit of the educational supervisors who are specialized (Scientific). In the light of the results of the study, the researcher has reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to create a strategic vision that is stimulating creativity for education offices. And the involvement of educational supervisors in shaping the vision in order to be a member of this vision and works to achieve it, and include programs for the development of supervisory practices within the operational plan of the education office, motivate educational supervisors who develop their supervisory practices.
