Abstract
The thesis research by Ekaterina V. Shireeva is dedicated to the problems of the legal regulation and the practice of implementation of the phase of preparation for review of an administrative offense case. The paper for the academic degree of a PhD (Law) majoring in 12.00.14: Administrative Law; Administrative Procedure has been defended before a dissertation council created based on the National Research Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod and the Saint Petersburg University of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia.
