Abstract

The study deals with the possibility of developing an individual physical activity plan for girls aged 17–18 in order to improve the effectiveness of kinesiological constructs within the elective course on Physical Education and Sports in higher education institutions. When this category of students performs basic exercises of physical training, it is advisable to use pulse rate and energy expenditure measurement techniques to develop kinesiological programs aimed at improving the level of students’ physical fitness and somatic health. The constructs developed should be used during the course on Physical Education and individual physical exercises. They encourage girls to lead healthy lifestyles, increase mobility, develop value and motivational needs for sports, and successfully generate the appropriate skills.
