Abstract
Today, the problem of parking is very relevant for large metropolitan areas. The increase in the number of vehicles, unfortunately, is not accompanied by an increase in the number of parking lots. This article attempts to analyze the main advantages and disadvantages of the most common solutions to the problem of parking, after highlighting which the reader is invited to get acquainted with the basics of the author’s concept of «reasonable parking». It is based on the idea of legal compromise. On the basis of it, a number of the most significant principles of the organization of parking space are identified.

Как нам представляется, состоит в том, что органы государственной власти субъекта Российской Федерации и органы местного самоуправления, полагая, что ключевые отношения в области парковки уже получили отражение в праве, будут настаивать на неукоснительном соблюдении соответствующих норм.
