Abstract
Problem formalization and solving in power supply repair and maintenance are essential for reliability and safety. This research reflects problem formalization and optimization with stochastic criteria and limitations. For the purpose of this research, we assessed failure elimination time as one of optimization parameters for 6(10) kV transmission lines. We have performed hypothesis testing regarding failure elimination time distribution and determined cable line quantitative parameters.
