Abstract

The article examines the legal specifics of educational relations related to religious education. Particular attention is paid to the legal aspects of compliance of educational legal relations with international human rights standards. Within the legal framework of educational legislation and legislation on freedom of thought, conscience and religion, the specifics of subjects, objects and content of educational relations are revealed. The directions of judicial practice related to ensuring the right to receive religious education are indicated. The legal characteristics of educational relations are given taking into account the legislation on freedom of thought, conscience and religion, as well as educational legislation.
