Abstract
A wide range of speech disorders causes the complex structure of the defect, which results in a disharmonious clinical and psychological characteristic of autism. The expediency of using the method of speech disorders in children with infantile autism is justified by the results of diagnostic efficiency analysis from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine. Objectivization of speech pathologies with the help of scientifically grounded diagnostic method of speech disorders in children with infantile autism gives an opportunity to create a speech profile of the child, which helps to determine the principles of their correction.
