Abstract

The article examines the principle of state protection of the family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood, which is not enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, reveals its nature, content, differences from the principle of state protection of the family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood, proves its constitutional basis, provides legislation of a number of subjects of the Russian Federation, which enshrines this principle. It is proposed to fix it in the RF IC in the general system of principles of family law.
