Abstract

At present, a problematic situation has arisen at the level of the theoretical and philosophical foundations of the legal organization of combating crime in general, and its economic segment, in particular. Within the framework of this article, the author tries to prove the need to create a fundamentally new conceptual apparatus for analyzing reality in the field of combating crime, restructuring the foundations of the criminal procedure system and creating a new legal organization for combating crime, primarily in the economic sphere. The model of this “mechanism” should not differ from the general legal organization of combating crime. As part of his research, the author tries to convince the professional community, using the example of combating economic crime, that this “legal organization” should be procedural and legal, and adversarial.
