Abstract
The article examines the issue of introducing digital tools into the management of operational logistics activities of enterprises. The author proposes a new model that allows the implementation of digital tools in an organization from the point of view of practice. The model developed on the basis of research and analysis of existing approaches will allow the successful implementation of digital tools in operational logistics activities. The key conclusion of the article is that using the model will allow enterprises and organizations to make informed decisions about the implementation of digital tools. This can improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, optimize logistics operations. The article can be used by enterprises and organizations that are interested in the effective implementation of digital tools in their logistics activities.
