Abstract
There has been growing interest in (products, goods and services). In terms of market relations success of the business depends on the satisfaction of its customers requirements. Only in this case the company will have a steady demand for their products and make a profit. However, the satisfaction of consumers of the products is determined by its quality. Product is a key factor in its competitiveness. Given the complex, multidimensional nature of the concept of quality and the ever-changing demands of consumers to it, to the company, the goal is to ensure the required and management throughout the product life cycle, and this requires appropriate knowledge in the field of management and trained professionals. The use of simple tools of in production aimed at overcoming problems. One of the most simple and clear methods for assessing enterprise performance recognized Pareto chart that allows you to share efforts and establish the basic factors of which should begin to act to overcome problems. The purpose of research - theoretical study and practical application of common tools in the manufacturing sector (Pareto chart), as an essential component of competitiveness. To achieve this goal, the focus is concentrated on the following tasks: determining the specific Pareto diagram; analysis of the company (for example, slaughterhouse); management processes that directly affect the of products; formulation of conclusions and proposals for improvement of the enterprise. In the daily activities of monitoring and control in production constantly arise various problems related to, for example, with the advent of marriage, equipment malfunction, increasing the time of the release party products to its sales presence in stock of unsold goods, the receipt of complaints and more. The main problem slaughterhouse is lower sausage products ready for use artificial membranes during the release of large quantities. Sausage - a product made in the form of bars of various sizes and shapes. Form, in turn, creates a shell. Natural intestinal membrane is very difficult to keep within and safety at a time. Therefore, more and more producers prefer artificial polymer membranes. In particular at the factory using 9 types of synthetic membranes depending on the particular production process: 1) ring cellulose membrane; 2) fibrous shell; 3) fibrous shell with barrier coating; 4) collagen membrane; 5) collagen membrane ring; 6) textile membrane coated; 7) layered polyamide shell casing; 8) polyamide shell casing; 9) shrink ring polyamide membrane. When using artificial membranes are usually no problems with a simple and unpretentious service. But often for the production of large quantities of sausages arise defects that significantly reduce the of finished products.Determined that the most common cause of marriage - punching shells clips least common - mold. Chart to determine the main causes of minor defects according to the so-called law that indicates defects if taken as 100%, then 80% Defects occur in 20% of the causes. Pareto chart helps prioritize problems, as more economically eliminate the causes of 20%, resulting in a total number of defects significantly reduced. To eliminate defects it is necessary to analyze their causes. Each defect has several causes contributing to its manifestation. Thus, the theoretical study and practical application of Pareto chart, as an essential component of the competitiveness of enterprises, to determine the main causes of the defects of the minor under the so-called law that states if the number of defects is taken as 100%, then 80% Defects occur in 20% of the causes . The advantage of the method of diagram Pareto is its simplicity and clarity. This makes it possible to use Pareto diagrams experts who have special training.
