Abstract

The article examines the victimological aspects of service-economic crime in the implementation of the national project “Healthcare”. The author presents the characteristics of victims and substantiates the triangular structure of victimological crime prevention in the area under study. The use of general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction), as well as specific scientific ones (questioning, formal legal) allowed us to approach the problem posed methodologically correctly and present reasoned solutions.
