Abstract

The article considers the features of professional readiness of employees of internal affairs bodies to work in extreme situations. It is noted that employees of the internal affairs bodies perform official tasks in extreme situations, so this activity is accompanied by high emotional tension, the need to overcome negative emotional states. The motivational, operational and psycho-emotional components of professional readiness for activity are shown. Extreme situations in the activities of internal affairs bodies are considered. It is determined that the perception of the situation as extreme is subjective. The subjectivity of perception is based on the presence of subjective experience, as well as the formation of specific knowledge and skills. The theoretical, practical and psychological components of professional readiness for activity are characterized. It is concluded that the presence of theoretical, practical and psychological components of professional readiness will optimize the process of professional training for activities in extreme situations, and, thus, will create conditions for the successful performance of operational and service tasks.
