Abstract

Methods and algorithms for obtaining data, identifying models and improving the management of organizational sys-tems based on expert information have been developed. The proposed methods and algorithms allow, under given conditions, to improve management and form integration reserves for the development and improvement of an enter-prise as a highly efficient organizational system operating within given restrictions. Methods, algorithms and recommendations represent a set of new scientifically based methodological solutions in the field of improving management and making management decisions based on expert information.
