Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and the Labor Code of the Russian Federation on the immediate execution of decisions and court orders in disputes about reinstatement at work and collection of wages, the article notes the differences in the codes on this issue, and suggests options for resolving conflicts between the provisions of the designated regulatory legal acts.
