Художественное осмысление темы судьбы народа в театральном романе Зульфата Хакима «Гасыр моңы» («Мелодия века»)

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the peculiarities of artistic interpretation of the theme “Destiny of the people” in the theatrical novel «Гасыр моңы» (“Melody of the Century”) by the Tatar playwright Zulfat Khakim. The scientific originality is due to the fact that the analysis of the play «Гасыр моңы» (“Melody of the Century”) in this aspect is undertaken for the first time, which allows one to evaluate the work with modern social, moral, ideological and aesthetic parameters. The results obtained have shown that the theme “Destiny of the people” in the drama is revealed in relation to totalitarian regimes, the age-old history of the country, the age-old history of the Tatar people and is aimed at rethinking the events of the recent past, their assessment and summing up through the lenses of national and universal values, which allowed the playwright to produce his own creative myth based on a completely new look at the history of the ХХ century. The main idea of the drama is that the rejection of traditional national and moral values for the sake of ideological goals leads to chaos both in human consciousness and in the society as a whole.
