Abstract

The article is devoted to describing the importance of the skills to ask questions in the profession of a legal (and in general applied) analyst. The article explains the concept and ontology of questions, their classifications are presented, descriptions of technologies for handling questions are given. The author refers to the explanation of what is the right or good question, the determinants of the relevant statement of the question are shown.
