Abstract

It has been investigated that currently public service institutions promote best practices in the field of formation of life skills and health care skills in public administration personnel. It was determined that a healthy lifestyle is manifested in the attitude towards one's health and the health of others as a value and awareness of one's responsibility not only for one's own health, but also for the health of future generations; able to resist forms of behavior destructive to health; formation of personal hygiene skills; having the skills and abilities to preserve and strengthen health. It was found out that the public service institution, which has set its task to systematically deal with the health of each employee, affects some areas of work. The formation of needs and motives for health care is a purposeful process of assisting personnel in realizing the value of health, forming a responsible attitude towards it, and involving personnel in this process in accordance with their individual capabilities and abilities. It is emphasized that health-preserving technologies represent a system of measures to protect and strengthen the health of public service personnel, which takes into account the most important characteristics of the working environment and living conditions of the employee and the impact on his health. It was noted that the main components of this system are: the organization of a rational movement regime of students; continuous monitoring of the state of health of personnel in the field of public service and timely correction of emerging deviations; organization of a rational work process taking into account the age and gender characteristics of employees, as well as compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements; creation of a favorable psycho-emotional climate in the institution of public administration for a comfortable stay of the staff; the use of various programs for the formation of motivations and healthy lifestyle skills. It is noted that health-preserving technologies should ensure the development of the natural abilities of public service personnel: their mind, moral and aesthetic feelings, the need for activity, mastery of extensive experience of communication with people and nature.
