Modern society is facing challenges related to global changes in the information technology sector, which have a significant impact on the socio-economic development of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The transformation of the information and communication space has a direct impact on the development of individual regions, necessitating the analysis and forecasting of these processes. In this context, the relevance of studying scenario forecasts of changes in the socio-economic development of regions, taking into account information transformations, is undeniable.
