Abstract

The purpose of the article is to consider the directions of cultural exchange and interactions producing the construction of a holistic and productive "friendly model" of Russian-Chinese relations. It is stressed that the main contacts in the form of projects are implemented in the areas of trade and investment. Much attention is given to initiatives and plans for the development of infrastructure (trade, industrial, production, transport and logistics). Some concrete achievements in the field of scientific and educational activities, military-political cooperation and socio-cultural exchange are revealed. The authors draw attention to the fact that within the framework of the "One Belt One Road" initiative many humanitarian level competencies are implemented. As a result, the authors draw conclusions that building the architecture of international cultural exchange institutions should become the base of scientific, educational and sociocultural development of both countries on mutual benefit. Key prerequisites, conditions for the development and prospects of cooperation between Russia and China in the field of science, education, sports, culture and art based on the strategic concept of international cooperation and economic development "One Belt One Road" are given.
