Abstract

The article deals with the issues of resource provision of the secondary vocational education system (hereinafter referred to as SPE) as a factor of successful economic transformation in the subjects of the federation. The direction of the vector of changes is reindustrialization, i.e. the revival of the industrial potential of the Russian Federation (RF), which was largely lost during the transition to a market model of the national economy. The successful solution of this task equally depends on the creation of a modern material and technical base, as well as on the provision of revived industries with qualified personnel, the training of which is carried out by the SPO system. Full-fledged training of specialists in the PDF system is impossible without appropriate resource provision. The effective operation of regional STR systems in the constituent entities of the federation, which have managed to preserve their industrial potential, is particularly important. One of these subjects is the Republic of Chuvashia, which in 2019 was included by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation into the regions lagging behind in their socio-economic development (SIR). Reindustrialization has every chance to act as a driver for the development of the subject of the federation, an important role is played by the PDF system, which solves the problems of staffing the process. The authors consider the problems of resource provision of the regional SPO system on the example of the Republic of Chuvashia.
