Abstract

Article deals with features of the economic development of the Republic of India, as well as defining the role and place of the national system of higher vocational education in innovative development. There are obvious for the Indian higher School in forming innovative industries, advance the development of so-called critical technologies. Overview of the strategic objectives of the Indian leadership to India to a new world superpower. The article focuses on the role and place of science of the University in innovative development of India, including in the training of specialists in the field of nanotechnology, Nanotechnology and Nano Sciences.
