Abstract

Atrium fibrillation is one of the most frequent rhythm disruptions in patients with COVID infection. Restoration and maintenance of the sinus rhythm helps to improve hemodynamics and reduce the risks of cardiovascular complications. The article presents the data of restoring the sinus rhythm with a pharmacological cardioversion in patients after COVID infection with varied intensity of lung lesions and the duration of the sinus rhythm maintenance during 12 months of observation. The research results showed the connection between atrium fibrillation restoration with the intensity of lung lesions against the background of the past COVID infection.
