Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between obesity, weight control, and health-related quality of life according to the intensity of physical activity and frequencies of the participation of adults by using the 8th National Health and Nutrition Survey data. As for the research method, physical activity, obesity and control, and health-related quality of life were collected through a survey of the through a health behavior survey conducted by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For data processing, complex sample frequency analysis and cross-analysis were performed by using SPSS 25.0. The results of the study are first, the subjective perception of the rule group according to high-intensity physical activity(p.01), 1 year of weight control experience(p.01), exercise ability(p.01), pain/discomfort(p.01) among health-related quality of life. There is a connection with. Second, neither regular nor irregular groups according to moderate physical activity are related to obesity, weight control, and health-related qualities of life(p.05).
