المهارات القيادية الداعمة للانجاز الأکاديمي لدى الطالبة الجامعية في ضوء رؤية المملکة العربية السعودية 2030

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة المهارات القيادية وکذلک مستوى الانجاز الأکاديمي لدى طالبات کلية التربية بجامعة القصيم، وتحديد درجة الارتباط بين ممارسة المهارات القيادية ومستوى الانجاز الأکاديمي للطالبات. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتکونت العينة من (429) طالبة من طالبات کلية التربية بجامعة القصيم، وتوصلت النتائج إلى: - درجة ممارسة المهارات القيادية لطالبات کلية التربية وکذلک مستوى انجازهن الأکاديمي کانتا بدرجة مرتفعة. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا وفق متغير المستوى الأکاديمي في درجة ممارسة الطالبات مهارات (الاتصال، التخطيط، اتخاذ القرار وحل المشکلات)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مهارتي (إدارة الصراع وإدارة فريق العمل). وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الانجاز الأکاديمي للطالبات وفق متغير المستوى الأکاديمي. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة ممارسة المهارات القيادية للطالبات، وکذلک مستوى انجازهن الأکاديمي وفق متغيرات المعدل الأکاديمي، والتخصص، والمشارکة في الأنشطة. - يوجد ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين ممارسة المهارات القيادية ومستوى الانجاز الأکاديمي لدى الطالبات. الکلمات المفتاحية: المهارات القيادية، الانجاز الأکاديمي، طالبات الجامعة. Leadership skills support for academic achievement for university female student in the light vision Saudi Arabia 2030 Abstract The current research aims to identify the degree of leadership skills as well as the level of academic achievement for students of faculty of Education, Qassim University and determine the degree of correlation between the practice of leadership skills and academic achievement level for students.The research was based on analytical descriptive approach.The sample consisted of (429) female students of faculty of Education, Qassim University,the results reached: - The degree of practice leadership skills for female students of faculty of Education and the level of academic achievement were high. - There are no statistically significant differences according to the academic level variable in the degree of female students' skills (communication, planning, decision-making and problem solving),there are statistically significant differences in skills (conflict management and team management).there are no statistically significant differences in academic achievement level of female students according to academic level variable. - There are statistically significant differences in the degree of leadership skills of female students, and their academic achievement level according to variables of academic rate, specialization and participation in activities. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the practice of leadership skills and the academic achievement of female students.
