Abstract

The article examines some theoretical and applied problems of ensuring the right of convicts to freedom of conscience and freedom of religion, including in the context of the implementation of public influence as a means of correcting convicts, the corresponding shortcomings of penal enforcement legislation, as well as the practice of interaction with religious and other public organizations of institutions and bodies of the penal enforcement system of the Samara region.
