Abstract

The paper considers an approach that allows reducing the subjectivity of experts’ opinions when evaluating dissertations, as well as assessing the likelihood of their completion being successful. The approach is based on using expert evaluation expressed as linguistic variables on graduate students (adjuncts)’ elaboration depth of individual sections of their dissertations. Following this, an analytical model is formed, which is grounded on the theory of experiment planning.
