Abstract

Using the example of the analysis of the scientific school (SS) of the Financial University, it is shown that the formation of scientific schools is a systematically observed phenomenon in research practice, it contributes to the creation, accumulation and dissemination of new knowledge, contributes to in-depth knowledge of the surrounding world, the development of scientific research in economic practice, responding to its urgent requests. The objectives of the analysis were, firstly, to determine the place and role of NS in the development of scientific theory and practice, and secondly, to assess the state of research of the Department of EB and SD as a basis for the formation of an appropriate scientific school of Economic security and risk management of organizations.
