Abstract

The article deals with the ways of formation of valuable attitude to pedagogical knowledge among the undergraduate students of pedagogical university. The relationship between this process and the mechanism of overcoming cognitive difficulties of motivational, cognitive, organizational and reflexive nature is analyzed. The specificity of organizing discussions in the form of a class, aimed at forming students' understanding of the importance of pedagogical activity is described. The experience of the Institute of Innovative Educational Practices in organizing research activities of undergraduate students within the framework of the conference "Teacher: Mastery and Inspiration" is considered.
