Abstract

The article is devoted to the integration of the educational process and research activities of students of the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and the organization of work with personnel of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Proceeding from the thesis that a police officer needs to develop personally, have interpersonal communication skills, be able to ask questions, listen and hear others, reasonably express their opinions and analyze information, the role of a research group as a resource in the formation of supra-professional competencies that contribute to an adequate response to negative information and psychological impact is considered.
