Abstract

Combating Administrative Offenses in the Road Traffic Sphere: An Administrative and Delictological Aspect (Based on the Materials of the Far Eastern Federal District). This is the name of the thesis by O.V. Kovalchuk for the academic degree of PhD (Law) majoring in 12.00.14 Administrative Law; Administrative Procedure defended on March 26, 2000, before the dissertation council Д 999.008.03 at the Dostoevsky Omsk State University. The academic supervisor of the thesis was Artem N. Deryuga, LL.D, Associate Professor. The relevance of the thesis by O.V. Kovalchuk is based on the theoretical and practical significance of studies of not only legal and theoretical issues of combating administrative offenses in the road traffic sphere but also a comprehensive study of the reasons for such offenses, personalities of the offenders, and is predetermined by the author’s aim to prevent any administrative offenses in the road traffic sphere.
