Abstract
The mathematical calculation results related to thermal effect of thermal power plant dumping on a cooling reservoir, carried out by means of hydrodynamic flare model are presented. The temperature distributions in close proximity to a point of dumping are studied and the thermal flare configuration as a result of dumping of thermal waters at a natural reservoir is estimated.
