Abstract

The article in the context of the activities of scientific schools sets and discusses the problems of training a new generation of scientific personnel. Theoretically and empirically, the possibility and productivity of considering a scientific school as a personal-developing educational phenomenon that contributes to the accumulation of the young scientist's experience of scientific motivation and goal setting, the independent implementation of a dissertation study, analysis and assessment of the results obtained, the development and implementation in practice of his own scientific position is justified. The results of an expert survey of scientific leaders of adjuncts of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (2021-2022) are given and summarized, the results of the expert survey were compared with the results of studies on similar topics performed at the Southern Federal University (2017), the Higher School of Economics (2018) and the National Research Nizhny Novgorod State University named after N.I. Lobachevsky (2021). It has been shown that a scientific school as a pedagogical project is characterized by specific goals and tasks, content, forms and methods of scientific and educational activities. Conclusions were made about the advantages of training scientific personnel in the framework of scientific schools.
