Abstract

The presented article discusses the procedure and features of pedagogical modeling of the process of developing professional competence of master's students of a departmental educational organization, taking into account the use of the capabilities of distance educational technologies. The pedagogical model under consideration differs from the known ones in the use of a specialized methodology of functional modeling, based on a consistent and holistic study of the main characteristics, as well as cause-and-effect relationships between the structural components of students’ professional competence. Taking this into account, the developed pedagogical model is a set of process structures interconnected in a certain way, allowing for the comprehensive provision and implementation of the main stages of the learning process for master's students of a departmental educational organization, aimed at developing their professional competence, taking into account the expected specifics of organizational and managerial activities and the existing the regulatory framework regulating the specifics of the use of innovative information and communication technologies within the framework of the functioning of the system of higher military education. The process of development of professional competence of master's students of a departmental educational organization in the developed model is considered in the context of pedagogical integration, representing a holistic and a structured system of defined goals and objectives, as well as selected methodological approaches, taking into account existing principles and factors and resources. In this context, the process of developing the professional competence of master's students of a departmental educational organization is presented in the form of a pedagogical process that reflects the possibilities of remote communicative interaction between students and teaching staff, with the aim of forming and comprehensively developing a system of knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as the required level of motivational readiness and professionally important personal qualities of students.
