Abstract

The article presents an analysis of modern scientific research devoted to the selection of effective proprietary methods used in the physical rehabilitation of children with organic lesions of the central nervous system, such as: Voyta, Bobat, Kabat therapy, Kozyavkina (SINR), dosed proprioceptive correction (DPK), zootherapy, general massage and hydromassage. The methods listed above are widely used in the correction of psychomotor development of children with organic lesions of the central nervous system, both in Ukraine and abroad. The relevance of research on the use of Bobat therapy in the system of complex correction of psychomotor development lies in the fact that children who have organic lesions of the nervous system of various genesis and need early diagnosis of disorders and the implementation of timely rehabilitation measures. Actually, the concept of Bobat therapy is based on the norms of development, the physical therapist carefully examines the stages of the child’s development taking into account individual characteristics and provides the correct corrective influence. The method itself is used as a leading one in all rehabilitation centers of Ukraine and beyond. However, its effectiveness is still being investigated, as evidenced by a large number of modern scientific studies. There are many effective approaches, author’s methods and directions that ensure the correction of impaired functions and contribute to the maximum social adaptation of children. Rehabilitation of children with organic lesions of the central nervous system is saturated with the author’s complex integral methods. Among the most effective methods of restorative therapy for children with lesions of the central nervous system, the neuro-developmental therapy of Bobat, Vojta therapy should be included first of all. According to the modern idea, the rehabilitation process should be considered as a systemic, complex, multi-component and multi-level effect on the body.
