Abstract

The article presents the results of a case study on the use of innovative tools when conducting career guidance work with students of pre-university educational organizations of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The specifics of these organizations leave their mark on the forms and methods of career guidance work with students and require the search and implementation of new, effective forms of work. The study involved 161 students in grades 10-11 of the Moscow Suvorov Military School, 50% of whom were additionally given a cycle of classes throughout the year based on the foresight session method. To assess the impact of foresight technology on the quality of career guidance work, the questionnaires «Military Professional Motivation» (B.V. Ovchinnikov, A.F. Borovikov) and «Readiness for Military Professional Activity», developed at the Moscow Suvorov Military School, were used. The results obtained confirmed the effectiveness of using foresight technology in working with students to develop military-professional motivation.
