Abstract

Mathematical models are given for forming the schedule of electric energy supply from hydroelectric power stations for bidding in the "day-ahead" market segment. The formulation of the task of forming the supply schedule as a task of optimal use of available hydro resources for the production of electrical energy at hydroelectric power stations is described. The need to perform two-stage optimization based on price and non-price criteria is substantiated. It is proposed to consider non-price criteria by means of penalty functions in the objective function of optimization by price criteria. A system of basic technological limitations, as well as equations for control and adjustment of the reservoir filling level, is given. The results of practical calculations for both optimization options are presented. References 9, figures 3.
