Abstract

The article analyzes the macro- and micronutrient composition of the daily diet of students of KhMAO Yugra with different levels of physical activity. Athletes were found to have a slight caloric deficit against the background of optimal protein intake, excess fat and insufficient carbohydrates, reduced consumption of bioelements and vitamins, with the exception of Fe and vitamin A. In young men who do not engage in sports, a decrease in the energy value of the diet and a deficiency of macro- and micronutrients, expressed to a greater extent, were revealed.
