Abstract

The article deals with problematic issues related to the restriction of the constitutional rights of citizens during the implementation of a public survey on ethnic crimes. The author examines the features of the operational search event under study, analyzes the persons involved in it.
 The author of the article examines the problems associated with the restriction of the constitutional right to use the native language, to freely choose the language of communication, education, training and creativity, as well as to receive qualified legal assistance.
