Abstract

The purpose of the study is to compare the approaches to the economic security of the leading world powers of the United States, China and Russia within the framework of the global socio-environmental agenda.
 In the course of the research, the author's methods are used, based on the search for dynamic coincidences in numerical expressions of various socio-economic processes and the detailing of indicators. In addition, traditional methods of economic research are used: observation, comparison, analysis and synthesis. 
 The study revealed correlations in the dynamics of changes in the values of indicators related to the processes of ensuring the economic security of the countries under consideration, proposed justifications for the reasons for these correlations, considered the impact on the geopolitical situation in the world and ensuring global economic security. Diagnostics of the state of the economy based on the values of economic security indicators of the leading countries of the world showed the relationship between the macroeconomic processes taking place in the global economy with the participation of the three leading countries of the world.
