Abstract
The article offers an author’s view of the system of informal means of stimulating participants in the criminal process to cooperate with the preliminary investigation bodies and the court. It is proposed to present informal means from material (monetary and non-monetary) and intangible (moral, psychological, social, organizational) means of stimulation.
