Abstract

This article states that against the background of user interaction with the Internet resources, several groups of traces are formed: the first characterizes the formal or technical side of the user’s connection to the Internet (IP address, MAC address or IMEI, time and period connections); the second group of traces reflects the content or informational component of the connection (personal data of the user; his actions with multimedia content; reflects the interaction with subscribers: correspondence, sending information), for obtaining information about which there are significant difficulties.
