Abstract

The small number of successful cooperatives in our state indicates that the current legislation aimed at supporting and developing this area is not just far from perfect, but requires significant efforts aimed at overcoming regulatory barriers and bureaucratic restrictions. Unfortunately, the human factor also plays a destructive role in the development of cooperation in rural areas of the Russian Federation.
